| I was recommending that Mitch seriously considers that TT, in fact, I was the one who pointed him to it...I guess I wasn't being as analytical as you are. There will be expenses beyond the price of the car and if you look at it purely financially, it doesn't make any sense for him to own that car at this point in his life. Another way of looking at it though (still financially speaking), is to suppose that he'd buy a plain car instead of the Z, say a 2006 Civic. That would cost him easily $7k more than the Z. If he's willing to drive a beater in winter (or take the bus to school), and if he's willing to do most of the reapair work himself, then that Z becomes so much more interesting than a Civic. Realistically though, not all our decisions are logical and calculated. He seems very enthusiastic about owning a Z and he understands the sacrefices he'll have to make, and is willing to make them. I say if he can afford 15k and that offer is accepted, he should have the car inspected and seriously consider getting it. Hell, I was a student strapped for cash when I bought my Z, those hard times just pushed me to learn and work harder.

Im n0t Sarcastic: I just mean, your Z is one I really admire "The Z is the cause and the solution to all my problems" -- Me
